The Camping

Parco “Monti del Sole” is situated on a spacious, wooded area of 80.000 m². It lies 400 m. above sea level, only 5 km. from Narni, a small medieval town rich of priceless monuments and cultural events. The owner – a former camper himself – welcomes his guests with friendship and warmth. (follows after the photos)

Conveniently situated near the main highways, “Monti del Sole” is an ideal base for pleasant excursions in the “Green Heart of Italy“: Marmore falls and lake Piediluco (20 km.), Spoleto and Todi (30 km.), Orvieto (50 km.), Assisi and Perugia (80 km.).

Thanks to its size, the campground offers rest and relax, but also all kinds of activities. Two swimming pools, ping pong and children’s playground ensure a pleasant and active holiday. Modern facilities, small brick holiday homes, bar/restaurant/pizzeria guarantee maximum holiday comfort.

Guests are also offered the opportunity – by scenic walks in the surrounding woods – to discover an unspoilt natureand the natural products of this area, such as wild asparagus, blackberries, mushrooms, pine nuts and wild salads. The management gladly advices you on excursions in the neighbourhood or away from the usual tourist places. Riding is also possible.
